Centuries ago, the Philippines Education had been given for free by the government, because the government knew that it was its prime responsibility to educate her citizenry. Years went by when education were passed by the government to the private sector. The early churches caught the idea such as the Recoletos, the Dominicans and the Jesuits. But it did not stop onto them, private individuals took active participation on the call of duty on educating the citizenry. Hence, we are.
Kiddiehaus of Learning was the brainchild of a full gospel minister Bishop Ben G. Tagud. He believes that a child is like a blank tape, innocent and naïve of what is happening around him. If a young, entle and innocent child when nurtured and given proper training and education will become a responsible and mature person. The idea was concretized and carried by its school administrator Annabel P. Espina with the help of Grace L. Diez, the Justices and the Cenias and Mitch Cañete. It started as a Preparatory School, however as the years went by, and by the urging of the parents then it later opened an elementary grades. The school was first housed in Faith Tabernacle Church, Gen. Junquera St., Cebu City on 2002. As parents taking cognizance of its existence, the site can no longer accommodate hence, it was transferred to 1-B Sikatuna St., Brgy. Pari-an, Cebu City.
The school is non-sectarian and non-denominational. However, the framers strongly believed that insights and ideas of the Bible for values formation of the children is unparalleled. It offers Pre-elementary Education (Nursery and Kindergarten) and the complete Elementary and High School courses.
